Panama City, Panama May 7th, 2007. Class IBS signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Register (VR) in which VR will provide its experience as Class Society and also a key element of the new agreement is a program that will be instituted by VR to train and qualify IBS Surveyors. The agreement was signed in representation of VR by Nguyen Van Ban and in representation of Class IBS by Alex Orillac.
