On April 15th, Class IBS signed a bilateral cooperation agreement with the International Maritime University of Panama (UMIP) in which IBS will provide its experience as Class Society and the University would provide its resources for research and development purposes for the benefit of the Maritime Industry. The agreement was signed in representation of UMIP by Captain Orlando Allard and in representation of Class IBS by Alex Orillac.
